Extrusion granulation is a relatively new dry granulation of compound fertilizer production process. Extrusion granulation was first used in the field of potassium chloride fertilizer granulation, for blending fertilizers (BB fertilizer) required granular (1-4mm) potassium chloride have adopted the basic extrusion production. In recent years, extrusion granulation for the production of fertilizer in the country has been rapid development.Extrusion granulation can have on the form roller and the wheel rolling type two, is the first on the roll extrusion pressed into chunks, and then crushed into granules, which means the ability of large particles, high strength, low energy consumption, for roll extrusion widely used in foreign countries. Wheel rolling style is made directly on the surface of the roll groove shape with hole, forming an extruded granules. Product strength is low and sometimes need to add a binder. Suitable for organic fertilizer and fertilizer and other granular fertilizers.

Principles
The roll-type extrusion granulation process principle is: dry material under pressure into a dense hard large aggregates (cake material), known extrusion process; cake sieved material was again crushed material called a particle made granulation process. Dry granulator component:

1) Ration feeding device: Composed of raw material silo and star type charger with fixed amount transportation, 1.5/2.2kw power, frequency conversion speed adjustment.

2) Screw feeder: Composed of charger with 11kw frequency conversion speed adjusting motor, taper helix, agitator knife, taper charger with observation window and feeding bucket. This is to further finish degasification and pre-compress the powder.

3) Compactor: Composed of fixed axle seat and slipped axle seat, two alloy steel rollers, two hydraulic cylinder and pump, double output reduction machine, Type GIICL drum jugged shaft coupling and 90kw electromotor set. 

4) Electrical control cabinet: Composed of electrical control box, frequency conversion speed adjusting controller, ammeter, voltmeter, instruction light, button, voltage conversion switch, etc.

5) Vibrating screen: (one set) the grinded material from the grinding and granulator is screened into the grain by this machine and recycled powder.

6) Bucket hoisting machine: Equipped based on the request.
